In my opinion, there are two levels of self-awareness. The first is the level of conscious thought. We are aware of our thoughts and actions, we can do something about them, and we are aware of our thoughts and actions long enough to plan a response.
The second level of self-awareness is the level of unconscious thought. We are aware of our thoughts and actions, but there is no intention to act on them. We are unaware of our thoughts and actions. We can think of our actions, but we just don’t do them.
This is why the two levels of self-awareness matter. There’s an important difference between the conscious level of self-awareness. When you’re aware of your own thoughts and actions, you’re aware of yourself. You can plan your response, but you’re not aware of yourself. Whereas in the unconscious level of self-awareness you’re not aware of yourself, but you are aware of what’s going on around you.
The two levels of self-awareness we’re talking about here are the conscious level and the unconscious level. When you’re conscious of yourself, your conscious mind is in control. If you stop, then you will stop. When you’re unconscious, you are not aware of yourself. This is why you can lose your keys and not notice that you have a car in the garage. Or you can be in bed and not notice that you’ve been having sex.
One of the most common mistakes people make is to think they can “be” and “be” at the same time. The opposite of this is actually where most of the problems people have come from. We call it “dual consciousness”. The reason we can’t be at the same time is because our minds are split into different parts. One part of our mind focuses on the current moment, while the other focuses on the past.
When we think we’re being at the same time, we are actually not. We are not at the same time in the same state. It is a state that is like being in a movie theater, but without the lights, seats, or popcorn.
We’re all aware of this problem, but it’s hard to grasp because it’s hard to express. One way to get around this problem is to think of something that you know is going to happen but you don’t want to have happen. For example, say you see someone who you know is going to do something incredibly foolish so you don’t want to get caught in it.
One of the things in 2 3 days is that there is a line with a timer to see how much time you have to get to the end (or at least know when it ends). So if you know you are going to die in a plane crash, you can think of a way to get to the end of the line without actually dying. As soon as you stop thinking about the plane crash you will have a little bit of time.
The same idea can be applied to business deals, which in 2 3 days is the amount of time you have to have the business deal before the deal is over. That is when you know you can get an answer on the business deal.
The business deal ends and you can go to the end of the line to get a job at the end of business. You just have to get the job done (not with your eyes out).
