The Three Levels of Self-Awareness is the first thing that comes to mind when we look at the typical employee.
As a self-awareness practitioner, we know that it’s important to have a positive work ethic. But a positive work ethic isn’t always positive for you, it could be a negative one.
And what we see in this case is that the positive work ethic is often a result of negative attitudes. We look for a manager who can lead us from A to B with positive energy, but then in the end we see him or her as a weak link. We never really see the positive results from such a person.
This is where the problem is, we have to create the right attitude from the beginning and that takes effort. I don’t know about you, but I am not a good worker in the workplace. We will find our own way.
For me, the problem is that I can’t find a manager who is strong enough to lead me out of the path of being a good worker. That is not to say that I dont have a strong, responsible motivator, but that I dont know the kind of person who will lead me out of the path of being a good worker. So I would much rather be the one that leads me through the path of being a good worker.
I try to find somebody with a hard enough attitude and that attitude is the best way to go. I dont want to think, I am a good worker. This week I got the same attitude a week ago. If you find a manager that can lead you through the path of being a good worker, then you are the person who is that person.
I have a friend who recently left his job at a company because he started working overtime hours without approval. He was then found to have no time to do the job that was needed, and he had no legal standing to complain about the hours he was spending to meet the demands of the company. This was a common attitude I’ve encountered, and it was often a result of poor work ethic or a lack of confidence in one’s abilities.
For many people, this attitude can be considered a form of laziness. The belief that one can be a lazy person without any self-awareness, the idea that one has no control over how one spends time, is a common one. We can all agree that many people, even non-technical people, can get bored easily, and that is probably a good thing.
But not everyone who says this is right. A good example of this is the “lazy” attitude many people have in certain professions. The average person, from the outside, doesn’t know what work ethic is, because most people don’t even know what work ethic is. The person who says, “I don’t work hard because I’m lazy” is mistaken. A person who says that is not lazy, but is not taking any responsibility for how he spends his time.
It’s a bit confusing here because the words “work ethic” come from a particular word, and this makes it hard to understand the word “work”. But when you use the words “work ethic” and “work ethic” interchangeably, you’re almost always referring to a specific job. People with work ethic, on the other hand, are usually not the ones who actually do the work, because they’re not working at all.
