Oscar Leeser is a popular local speaker and author that is dedicated to helping you understand your own thoughts, feelings, and actions by using the latest research on self-awareness in order to build a more conscious life.

Oscar also provides a free online course on how to use and apply these self-awareness tools for your personal development. It is great for anyone who wants to improve their life, but it especially helps people who are worried about their own thought patterns.
The idea of being aware of our thoughts and their effect on our lives is one of the major challenges in developing a conscious self. The first step is identifying what thoughts are worrying you. The second step is to acknowledge and name them, and to understand the nature of each one. Once you have done this, you can start to change your thoughts and your behavior in order to eliminate the thoughts that are creating your anxiety or worries.
The second step is to identify what actions you’re working on. If you’re working on a problem, you’re probably trying to solve it, and if you’re working on a friend or you’re working on a house, you’re trying to do that. If you’re working on a project, you’re trying to make it easier for your friends to do that.
Each one has something in common, but it’s not about how quickly you can solve a problem or how you can solve it quickly, it’s about how quickly you can change your behavior. The third and final step is to become aware that you can become aware.
If you’re trying to fix a problem, you’re already aware of the problems that you’re trying to solve, but don’t know how to solve them, and don’t know where to start. As a good example, this is a problem that you can’t solve until you have solved it. Do you know any way to change the status of an activity by setting it to be an activity?
