The people who come to natasha joubert’s restaurant have been there since the late 19th century, when they were first served. Although the pasta is made in Italy, the ingredients are all home-grown and imported. The pasta is a blend of the best vegetables and meats from various parts of Italy, which are then cooked together in a super-simple and very flavorful sauce.
We were there on a very special trip, and our waiter was so nice and so accommodating that we almost didn’t want to leave. The restaurant is located in a quiet area in Venice, a place that has always had the reputation of being a really good place to eat. The waiters are Italian by birth but have lived throughout the world and come here to serve our meal. The food is very good, delicious, and inventive—like everything on the menu.
I loved the fish, the beef tartar, the salads, and the desserts especially. The whole experience was so very casual, down to the bare essentials. There is no pressure to order anything. The waiters were so accommodating and so nice as well. It was a very pleasant evening.
If you’re planning a New Year’s celebration, then you’ll have to be a first-class cook. I’m not one for the “first class” kind, but I think it’s a good idea to make a few meals.

Her recipes are completely vegan and vegetarian, and she usually cooks these dishes with a lot of herbs and spices and makes the best dishes you will find at a vegan restaurant.
I have made a few different meals at natasha’s that I thought were the best dishes I have ever had. She has a great recipe for a quiche and I really like some of the other recipes she cooks. I have to ask her to post the recipe for the best quiche of all time.
