Both are professionals, one with a license to do the job you are doing and the other with a license to do it better.

You can talk to me about anything from accounting to marketing to buying, and I have no problem talking about what it is like to do business in that space. The problem is I don’t have a license to do it better, and I can’t justify doing it better.
The problem is that you are making money but doing what is a little bit better than nothing, but not as good as it could be.
