In this video, I’m excited to introduce you to the group. We want to create a community for aspiring chefs and food writers who are interested in learning more about the culinary scene and how they can get involved. We’re working with some of the best culinary minds in Toronto (like chef and author John Besh, chef and food writer Dan Lepard, and chef and food writer Peter Brannen) to develop a recipe repository of their favorite recipes.
The website will be launching in the next few weeks so we can share all the recipes with you. We’re looking for food writers, chefs, photographers, and food bloggers to help us with this project. If you’re interested in submitting a recipe, please send us a link to your website. We’ll review all recipes and make a voting system to select the recipes that will appear on the website.
